Lin and I attended college together at Mexico City College from 1958 to 1960. We lived in a stone built room on the side of a mountain and later after I married a Mexican girl he moved into our apartment. We drove to Apan for a pulque festival and coming back to Mexico City in his 69 VW he crashed in into an overturned car on the highway. Many other adventures in Mexico. Later we both ended up in the LA area and carried on our friendship; he was an original and I loved him as a buddy.
